Paul J. Fernandez, Esq.

Paul J. Fernandez is a Graduate of Brooklyn Law School (1997).  He was admitted to practice in New York in 1998.

He completed undergraduate studies at Pace University (1992) majoring in International Business with a minor in Political Science.

Past work experience includes working at SIS International Inc. as an International Market Research Analyst and work at the United States Department of Justice as an Assistant Trial Attorney.  He also practiced law for Ouimette, Goldstein & Andrews, and Freedman, Wagner, Tabakman & Weiss, representing injured workers before the NYS WCB. .

Paul is fluent in Spanish, along with a general knowledge of Portuguese, and handles the social security cases in our office, preparing memos of law and attending hearings to secure our clients benefits.
