David Y. Hom, Esq.

David Y. Hom is a graduate of Pace University School of Law and Lubin School of Business (1992).   He was a member of the Pace University Moot Court Board.  He was admitted to practice in New York in 1994. 

He attended New York University School of Arts and Sciences (1984) and majored in Political Science and Psychology with a minor in American History.

Past working experience includes tours at Greater New York Mutual Insurance Company as a court representative and Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris & Meyers, representing Travelers and Safeco Insurance Company.  He then began working for firms that represent injured workers, at the NYS Workers’ Compensation Board and the Social Security Administration, which is more satisfying to him.
